Add a sticker effect to layers

New Sticker section in the layer effects panel. The border isn’t a stroke — it’s derived from the layer’s actual rendered shape, so nearby parts of the artwork merge into one smooth outline the way a real die-cut sticker does, and it works the same on images, text, shapes and paths.

Controls: border width and color, holographic foil strength/scale/angle, a contact shadow with an edge-curl amount, and a peeled corner with adjustable angle and curl.
