Fix the edge-darkening rim clipping on rounded caps

The rim’s angular falloff previously stopped right at the tangent point on a curved cap, leaving a visible seam. It now fades out gradually inside the cone around the light instead, so the dark band wraps continuously around rounded corners and pill shapes.
