Add saturation control for derived shadows
Derived shadows have a saturation slider so their colour can be tuned apart from the layer fill.
Shadows that take their colour from the layer fill now have a saturation slider next to darkness. You can desaturate a derived shadow without changing the fill colour or switching the shadow to a fixed colour.
