Collapse Forum and Free Resources into a header menu
The top navigation bar now groups Forum, Free Resources, and Feedback into a single "More" dropdown instead of showing them as separate buttons.
These links still go to the same places, just tucked under one menu so the header stays short as I add more destinations to it.
