Delete icons permanently instead of hiding them from search

Delete used to hide the icon from search and profiles and leave the record and files in place. It now removes both. The confirmation dialog says the delete is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you relied on delete as a soft hide, use hide instead, or accept that deleted icons are gone. When some stored files cannot be removed, the toast reports how many were left behind.
