New Line tool in the editor

The editor toolbar now has a Line tool (shortcut L): press, drag, release to draw a straight two-anchor stroke. Hold Shift to lock it to 45° increments, and it snaps to nearby anchors the same way the pen tool does.

A line commits as an ordinary path layer with the fill turned off and only the stroke showing, so its width, color, and caps are edited with the same controls as any other vector shape.
