Send the weekly digest to feedback subscribers who chose digest mode
Feedback subscribers who picked the weekly digest option were never actually emailed; that job now runs.
Digest mode existed as a setting but nothing triggered it, so those subscribers silently got no updates. It now goes out alongside the new changelog weekly digest, every Monday.
