Clarify the weave crossing controls

Each crossing in the Path inspector’s Weave section used an “Over/Under” dropdown that didn’t say which layer it referred to. It’s now a “top strand” toggle labeled This layer / Other layer, and a hint points out that crossing order can also be flipped directly on the canvas.
