Document image API errors and response headers
The API reference covers 422 conversion failures, 503 capacity retries, and the headers that report sizes.
Playground samples and the OpenAPI schemas now describe when the image endpoints return 422 with per-image reasons, how to handle 503 and Retry-After, and which headers report input and output bytes. That matches the behavior the endpoints already had, so clients can handle failures without reading the source.
