Mark the current stage in the editor landing side nav

The side nav that appears next to the editor feature band now tracks which stage is on screen. A pill slides to the current link, the link turns white while it is active, and past the last stage the marker fades out in place instead of sliding away. It still appears once the band has scrolled up under the header, and clicking a link still jumps to that stage.
