Redesign the feedback board layout

The feedback page at /feedback has a new layout: a Finder-style sidebar on desktop lets you jump between status views (All, Open, Planned, In Progress, Shipped) and filter by tag, with the same filters available as swipeable pill rows on mobile.

Each card in the list is now clickable anywhere, not just the title, and shows a result count plus an overflow indicator (“+2”) when a post has more than two tags. List and Roadmap views switch through one segmented control instead of two separate buttons.
