Stop showing account emails as public usernames

Some accounts, especially older ones, have a username that’s actually their email — sign-up used to fall back to the email when no name was given. Every place that shows or links to a username (icon cards, the icon detail page, profile pages, app folders, community projects) now falls back to a user-<id> handle instead, so nobody’s address shows up on a public page or in a link.
