Add a paper sheet between folder faces
Folders can show a paper sheet peeking out of the pocket, with visibility and colour set from the Document panel.
Folder boards now include a locked paper layer between the folder base and the layers inside the folder. Turn it on in the Document panel to show the folder as non-empty, and set its fill colour there. It does not appear in the layer panel. Folders saved before this change get an empty paper so the control is always available.
