Copy layers across tabs and browsers
Copying a layer or group now also writes it to the system clipboard, so pasting works in another tab or browser window, not just back in the same one.
Copy still keeps the fast in-session clipboard, but it now also lands on the OS clipboard. Paste (Cmd+V or the context menu) reads that first, so a layer copied in one browser tab pastes cleanly into a document open in a different tab or even a different browser on the same machine. A single copied image layer still also carries a PNG, so it pastes as a picture into non-editor apps too.
