Stop spending personal API quota on website searches

If you were signed in with a personal API key, every search on the homepage and every app page was billed against that key. After the quota ran out, the site search would return 429 even though you were only browsing. Those requests now always use the site’s internal key, so your quota is only spent on calls you make to the public API yourself.
