Stop the workspace briefly showing "no projects yet" on load
The Documents workspace now shows loading placeholders until the first sync finishes instead of flashing an empty state or a document count of zero.
On a device opening the workspace for the first time, the local cache used to report “loaded” before the actual project/document list had arrived from the server, which could briefly show an incorrect empty state. Skeleton placeholders now stay up until that first sync settles.
