Turn toolbox cards into short hover peeks with a full guide
Hovering a tool in the editor landing toolbox shows a compact preview and a link to the full guide instead of a long in-card manual.
Toolbox cards open on hover after a short delay so a cursor sweeping across the grid does not flash every card, and tap still opens them on phones.
The card is now a peek: a looping preview, the tool name, its tagline and plan badge, then a Full guide link. Steps, tips and FAQ that used to fill the card live on the features page at that link.
